A versatile jack-of-all-trades from 1989 to the present day

Anneleen started her career at Aucxis as an administrative assistant, but it quickly became clear that she was looking for more responsibilities and new challenges. This led her to roles in accounting and HR, but she not only manages daily accounting and HR tasks but also became a confidential advisor for her colleagues. Her empathetic nature makes her the perfect person to support colleagues during tough times. 

Anneleen also makes sure there is time for fun and relaxation. As one of the faces behind the Party Committee, she is responsible for organising team-building activities, staff parties and events – something she finds incredibly rewarding. Creating a positive working environment is important to her and she is more than happy to contribute to that.

A remarkable double (working)life

If you reverse the traditional ‘9 to 5’ workday, you get ‘5 to 9’, which perfectly describes Anneleen’s routine. Her husband runs a dairy and crop farm and she is up early every morning to milk the cows before heading to Aucxis, only to return to the barns afterwards. On top of that, she takes care of the administration and accounting for her husband’s business. While most people work five days a week, Anneleen’s working life never stops – talk about impressive resilience! 

But family first – ALWAYS

Anneleen is a proud mom of three beautiful daughters, and for the past two years, she has also been a ‘cheerful grandma’. Her stories about her children and grandchild are infectious, making all of us instantly happy! At home, she has got her own party committee too – she loves organising a good party or a delicious breakfast. 

Besides her love for parties and family time, she enjoys city trips, a nice plate of pasta, a bike ride,… Even though she only has 24 hours in a day, she always manages to get everything done. We would like to finish with her life motto: the only way is forward: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”
