Interview with Eline De Boeck, Administrative Assistant and more!
The way to Aucxis
After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Primary Education and a first work experience which unfortunately did not bring her satisfaction, Eline started looking for a job in which she could make the best use of her social, creative and organisational talents. This led her to Aucxis in early 2022 where she was welcomed into the administrative team providing numerous company-wide support services.
A social jack-of-all-trades
Eline started as a receptionist and secretary performing various administrative tasks, including accounting and stock management. Thanks to her authentic social skills and her ability to quickly gain insight into new tasks, she was assigned additional, challenging responsibilities. As an internal project manager, she also processes (call-off) orders for our process control products today.
Eline summarises which aspects make the job attractive to her: “In a job, variety, independence and appreciation are essential for my well-being. I am still young and have a lot of energy. I love learning new skills, making sure deadlines are met, having instructive interactions with colleagues and customers,… As my job responsibilities are very diverse, every day looks different. I wouldn’t have it any other way! “
Our little sunshine
Eline has an exceptionally positive personality. She is honest and creative and gets a lot done in her own playful way. You can have a good laugh with Eline, but thanks to her emotional intelligence, you can also always call on her for a good conversation. She emphasises: “Social contacts are at least as important to me as the job content. I love making conversations, mediating and giving positive energy to others. I am very excited about the fact that I can be completely myself at Aucxis and that I am appreciated for who I am.”
Eline’s life motto is – A day without laughter is a lost day – and it is fair to say that she invariably puts this into practice!
